Bever (1,708 m above sea level) is an Upper Engadin municipality in the Maloja district of the canton of Graubünden. The village is situated at the foot of the Crasta Mora (2,952 m above sea level), which is the local mountain of Bever and belongs to the Albula Alps. The Spinas hamlet in the Val Bever valley also belongs to Bever. In Bever, the Albula section of the Rhaetian Railway reaches the Upper Engadin, which it follows up the valley to St. Moritz. Downstream of the Inn, the Engadin line of the Rhaetian Railway runs up to Scuol.
