Chamblon (519 m above sea level) is a municipality in the northern Vaud Central Plateau (canton of Vaud). It is located between the Mont de Chamblon and the district capital, Yverdon-les-Bains. Chamblon offers a good view of the Plaine de l'Orbe (Orbe Plain) and Lac de Neuchâtel (Lake Neuchâtel; German: Neuenburgersee). The Mont de Chamblon, which consists of red limestone, is situated at an altitude of 552 m above sea level and forms the highest point in the municipality of Chamblon.
Interesting sights include the castle of Chamblon, built in the 18th century, and the village center, which is still characterized by typical farmhouses from the 18th and 19th centuries.
